As soon as we receive the product back in our warehouse, we will issue the refund/credit. Given the circumstances, it could result in longer lead time for us to receive your returned items from our shipping partners. Please be patient with us during this time. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from the time your return was received at our warehouse, please let us know so we can further investigate the situation. Because different banks have different policies and timelines, the length of time it will take for your refund to reflect in your account varies.
