What is your exchange and return policy?

FabKids strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 60 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging

Return instructions for US, APO/FPO, and Canada:
FabKids offers 3 easy and free return options: (1) return for FabKids membership or store credit; (2) exchange for another item; (3) return for a full refund*. Return shipping and handling for non-contiguous U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APOs, is $9, and Canada is $9.95.

Please note that any membership or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned in the same format and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card.

*Rewards points associated with the purchase will be deducted from your account if you do choose a refund.


Returns and exchanges are easy! Just print your return label and return packing slip by visiting the Order History page under My Account. Then follow these steps:


Return or Exchange via Happy Returns (Contiguous US Only; no box or label required)

Complete your return in My Account > Orders & Returns

  • Receive the QR code for your return onsite and via email
  • Drop off your items with just the QR code at a Return Bar near you - no packaging or label required, your refund will be initiated upo drop-off!
  • Happy Returns is more sustainable! The eco-friendly process uses reusable packaging and aggregated shipping to help reduce impact on the environment - as a result, Happy Returns customers reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 120,000 lbs for every one million returns.
